I have the right to decline any commission for any reason that I see fit.

Payment must be sent **24 hours **after I send invoice or my paypal link, unless I allow otherwise.

Finished commissions will be emailed to you as PNG files.

Refunds will NOT be given out once the commission is complete. If you request a refund before I start work on the piece, you will receive a full refund. If you request a refund after I sent a sketch for approval, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you are refunded, any finished art is yours, but I can edit and finish it to fit my characters, however you cannot edit my art any further from what I've completed.

Once your artwork has been completed I will not make any further changes to the piece, unless I made a huge mistake.

I send WIPs so PLEASE point out any mistakes or edits you notice. I want you to also love this piece!

My turn around time can be anywhere from 1 day to 3 months, so please be patient. My queue (Trello) is public and there is a link in my carrd.

Payments can be sent through PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp. However I tend to prefer PayPal.

Payments must be sent in USD.

If you wish to commission me for something that isn't listed on my price sheet then please DM me for a quote.

If you wish to commission me for a certain day, then please make sure to commission me well in advance and to let me know what date you need the piece done by.

Please provide a CLEAR reference picture of your characters for the most accurate markings and colors. Try to avoid shaded refs as it'll be hard to color pick.

You may not: profit off my art (i.e. make stickers and sell them, etc.), edit my art (or have anyone else edit it for you), remove my signature/watermark, or take credit for my art.

Any reversing of payments will cause for immediate black listing and my art is no longer yours. I will edit it to no longer be your character but you do not own the art piece.
